Growing guide

Sowing

Plant seed outdoors in March whenever weather allows. Plant seeds 1½ inches apart in rows 2½ feet apart. Cover seed with 2 inches of soil, well pressed down.

Thinning

When plants are 2 to 3 inches tall, thin to 3 inches apart.

Germination

10 to 14 days depending on soil and temperature conditions.

Remarks

This variety only grows 1½ to 2 feet and can be grown without support. Planting in double rows 6 inches apart will provide additional support where necessary. Make repeated plantings for continuous supply all season.
